PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS PAYMENT CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT TO THESE CONDITIONS:
PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT:
Deposit is payable upon acceptance of your application to secure your place in the Mastermind. Your place in the Mastermind cannot be held or guaranteed without a deposit.
If paying in instalments, your next instalment will be due 30 days after your deposit is paid.
COOLING OFF:
Should you change your mind about taking part in the Mastermind for any reason whatsoever, your deposit can be refunded in full within 30 days of payment.
Refund & cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@miriamcastilla.com no later than 30 days from date of deposit, with the day of deposit payment made being Day 1 and the day your email requesting a refund being received by us being no later than Day 30.
In case of cancellation by you beyond 30 days:
Any and all instalments paid up to to date of cancellation are non-refundable (except for refund of deposit within 30 days as per cooling off period above)
If full upfront payment was made, the lesser of 50% of payment (ex deposit) or a pro-rata amount calculated on the basis of the program remaining will be refunded.
Payments made may not be credited towards the general Mastermind beyond the initial 30-Day cooling off period (ie 'downgrades’ not available)
Missed/Late payments:
Should a payment be more than 7 days in arrears:
The member will be asked to sit out group calls until payments have been brought up to date.
1:1 sessions will be deferred until all payments have been brought up to date
A maximum of ONE 1:1 session can be deferred & rescheduled due to payment arrears.
A maximum of one 1:1 session per month is available with all sessions to be taken by the end of the 2021 calendar year.
Rescheduling of 1:1 sessions:
All 1:1 sessions must be taken by the end of the 2021 calendar year.
At least 24 hours notice must be given to reschedule a 1:1 session, else it may be forfeited.
Each 1:1 session may only be rescheduled ONCE.
No-shows: If you do not show up for a scheduled 1:1 session, it will be forfeited. I will wait 20 minutes past your allocated session time before marking the session as a no-show.
