** LIFETIME ACCESS - meaning:
Once you enrol, you have unlimited access to the course materials for the lifetime of the program, plus any updates made to the program along the way.
** SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
If you’re dissatisfied with the program for any reason simply email us at support@miriamcastilla.com within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll gladly offer you a full refund – no awkward questions asked.
Please note, this is a STRICT 14-day policy. No refunds will be granted outside of that 14 day period. Day of purchase is Day 1. Email requesting refund must be received no later than Day 14.
No refunds or partial refunds available after 14 days.
** MISSED/LATE PAYMENTS:
Payments are charged automatically as per your chosen payment method and selected payment plan. This cannot be varied once selected.
Should any instalment payment fail, the payment gateway will try again automatically after 2-5 business days. You simply need to ensure that sufficient funds are available
in your nominated account.
Should you fall behind by more than 1 instalment OR a payment fails to process three consecutive times, your access to the program will be suspended until your
account is back up to date. You will then have up to 30 days to remedy the arrears and have your program access fully reinstated. After 30 days, your access will be terminated. If your account is suspended a second time, it will be fully terminated and NOT reinstated again.
No refunds or partial refunds are available in case of payment failure.
