MAGNETIC MONEY PROGRAM - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Acceptance of these terms & conditions is implied with purchase. Please read carefully:
** Meaning of LIFETIME ACCESS:
Once you enrol, you have unlimited access to the online course materials in the member site for the lifetime of the program, including any future program updates – provided your payment obligations have been met in full.
** MAGNETIC MONEY CLUB:
The Magnetic Money Club is a membership which gives you access to coaching, support & our vibrant community as well as bonus trainings & courses. You will be given the option to extend your membership at discounted rates prior to expiry. Should your membership expire, you will be able to recommence it at the current retail price. Access to 'Club Only' courses, support & programs is only available while your membership is active & current
** SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
If you’re dissatisfied with the program for any reason, simply email support@miriamcastilla.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll gladly offer you a full refund – no awkward questions asked.
Please note, this is a STRICT 14-day policy. No refunds will be granted outside of the 14-day period. Day of purchase is Day 1. Email requesting refund must be received no later than Day 14.
No refunds or partial refunds available after 14 days.
** MISSED/LATE PAYMENTS:
Payments are charged automatically as per your chosen payment method and selected payment plan. This cannot be varied once selected.
Should any instalment payment fail, the payment gateway will try again automatically after 2-5 business days. You simply need to ensure that sufficient funds are available in your nominated account.
In the event any instalment becomes more than 7 days overdue, your program access will be suspended.
You will need to remedy all arrears and bring your account up to date within 30 days of the original failed payment date for your membership to be reinstated.
After 30 days delinquency, your access will be permanently terminates and recovery action may be taken for monies owed.
If your access is reinstated & a subsequent payment failure occurs, your access will instantly be permanently terminated. Recovery action for moneys owed may be taken.
No refunds or partial refunds of any kind are available in case of payment failure under any circumstances.
** BONUS OFFERS:
Any bonus offers are subject to payment plans having been completed in full and are no longer available should a refund or termination of member access occur.
*** VIP UPGRADES:
VIP Upgrades require all payment obligations and instalment plans to have been completed in full prior to VIP session being booked. VIP Upgrades will be cancelled and refunded as appropriate should a refund or termination of member access occur.
